fix the spam problem
The leaderboards are being gamed by a small number of accounts who are spamming with hundreds of similar low quality answers (adverts disguised as customer support telephone numbers) which the same group of accounts are also rating as ready to publish - to give them sufficient rank to change other answers to spam advertising their real estate business (the answer I edited about the achievements of Augustus has been changed to a real estate ad!). Remove the users, revert the spam answers and add a report spam button

Put users in control
Give users the power to help improve Bing. Why doesn't Bing allow users to down-vote or mark a search result as incorrect?
Think about it. I search something like ‘How do I reinstall Windows’. The results will vary widely from Windows 7 to 10 and even XP. Why should a user have to specify the latest version or filter the date to most recent?
If I want to research historical information than allow me to filter the timeframe. Otherwise, give me the most recent relevant search results.

Medical, legal and tax questions
These (potential international) questions might have the ability to provide an external "expert" credentialed and/or licensed professional to respond appropriately. Effectively, questions in those three categories may have very different responses based upon the country origin(s).
It would be problematic to direct generic responses to strictly a US-based answer. I would feel much more comfortable providing data into something that had a flag system denoting novice, professional and/or expert responder.
Why? Because the Internet really IS fully of bad data... and some of us have worked our entire lives to make it better.

Do you face any issue with Skype?
Users can often experience some technical issues while using Skype. Most of the problems are natural to occur because of the daily evolving technology. In such case, one can feel annoying because his or her work is stopped and not able to find out the way to complete it. Hence, the Skype has developed a team of technical professionals to handle such issues both technical and non-technical. Moreover, they have enough training and experience in handling issues.

Fix the invite system - Scammers are using it!
The invite system is broken. Every user gets 3 invites, and those users get 3 more invites. This has lead to a group of scammers pretty much taking over Bing Distill. They have created answers with phone numbers that lead to companies with malicious intent, and created new users to up vote those answers and get them published publicly to Bing to fool users.

Comments need an "Upvote" button and Edits need a "Thank" button.
I'd like to be able to show my appreciation when someone has done something useful.

Check if lowercase URL is valid before modifying
When the "Robot" creates an excerpt, it converts the URL to lowercase. However, some URLs are case-sensitive, at Wikipedia for example. I ran into (and fixed, I think) a broken Wikipedia link due to this.
I suggest fixing "Robot" to verify that a lowercase URL points to the same content as the original URL before using the lowercase version as a reference.
Also, I tried submitting this directly through the "Feedback about Bing Distill" form and got an error submitting.

primary alias
For security reason, never show or send E-Mail with primary alias, some time people when it urgent and they don't have time to check what they do, need advertisement from E-Mail send system to advice them about, for security reason, never chair E-Mail with contact even if you are sure about the contact that you going to contact via E-Mail, via Skype, via Xbox or via any platform of communication. Never show or shear the primary alias. Here Microsoft have to improve and secure all this services have to do with primary alias.

Prevent Distill from being used for advertising
It should be a Bing policy that Distill not be used as a means of achieving free advertisements. Currently, questions can be a keyword phrase (vs an actual question), the answer to which is a company pitch and website link.

Allow alternate usernames
I think it would be preferable to use a nickname/pseudonym versus my real name throughout Bing Distill.
Even using just our first name and last initial would be preferable to publicly displaying my entire real first name on my activity.
I would most likely be much more active if I could use an alternate username or limited real name throughout the service.

Peer Review
One of the most frustrating things about Distill for me is that I might write out an answer to a question but because it is never peer reviewed, it does not get published. Can you build a sort of peer review system in which once a question is answered, the solution is then sent to people who are "experts" (answered a lot of those types of questions) for review. This would delegate the responsibility of peer review to certain people and might increase the percent of distill answers that actually get published!

Report a user
The ability to report users who are creating extremely poor quality answers or are creating "troll" answers. Possible banning after multiple reports perhaps?

Add Social Network Connections
It would be great if we could add social profiles (i.e. Facebook, Twitter...) to our personal page in Bing Distill Community.
Thus, all of us can have networking with each other in a very convenient way.

Enter posts comment instead of new line
When typing up a comment on Distill, pressing enter just makes a new line, which makes little sense because comments are supposed to be short. I suggest either changing it to submitting the comment when you hit enter, or press Shift-enter to post.
