Microsoft Bing Supports Criminal Organizations - Class-Action Lawsuit Group Forming
Reposted Another Users Post - This Is Disturbing Microsoft
Bing would do well to stop giving page rank to extortion websites. They are run primarily by less-than-reputable people or companies who are taking advantage of others. Google stopped giving page rank to such sites a couple of years ago and I think it's time Bing.com stepped up. Laws have been enacted in seven states but people in the other 43 states remain vulnerable.
Some of the worst offenders with the highest Bing.com results appear to be:
Here are some articles on the subject:
Ha - This guys mad! Can see why though. Almost like Microsoft is waiting for a lawsuit or something.
Never been arrested, but seems like BS due to the fact that an arrest does not mean guilty.
I would agree with the mad blogger here, this is shady business practices here.
Would ask Microsoft if the paid SEO is worth the negative image portrayed by supporting these organizations.
Does Microsoft just filter for the states where it is clearly illegal?
USE GOOGLE PEOPLE...IF THEY ARE SUPPORTING THIS TYPE OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITES, WHAT OTHER THINGS DOES MICROSOFT TURN A SHOLDER TO?
$$$$$$$$ = GREEDY MICROSOFT
You know if Google stops doing it, must have some negative ethical impact on people in general.
You know if Microsoft doesn't stop doing it, must have some profit in it for them regardless of their users.
Sick Microsoft...You unethical bastards. How do you sleep at night. Anything for a dollar. This is why I am a Mac user now. Use AWS instead of Azure. No way are we going to support this behavior in any shape or form.
Vey Sad Microsoft...Have Higher Standards Than This~
This is illegal in seven states and growing. How does Microsoft not expect to get sued over this? You can't illegally support extortion and expect not to get sued or have criminal charges brought against you.
Hope this is worth it Microsoft...Likely to cost you in long run and more than just a direct lump sum, reputation will also suffer. I don't support this ****, why would others?
Greedy Corporates Putting Themselves First!
Microsoft's Questionable Ethical Practices Surface Again. Don't See Google Doing This...
Does Microsoft Even Know Better?
Has Their Greed Blinded Them?
This is yet another reason no one uses Microsoft Bing...They just can't get anything correct.
Microsoft is Greedy, Period! They do not care about individuals, just corporations.
