Don't create a rewards program that betrays your most loyal customers by arbitrarily cancelling their accounts
After redeeming a reward --- for another Microsoft Service --- my account was terminated for no reason. Support was not helpful and the form emails are rude.
Cancelling an account with no notice and explanation is unacceptable and just creates ill will by your customers.
After having used Microsoft projects loyally, such treatment seems to run contrary to the intent of this program.
