My wife and I both use the same computer but have separate Hotmail and Bing Rewards accounts. It would be nice if we could just click the User Avatar and easily switch between the two of us without having to go through the entire logout / log in scenario.109 votes
Hello, thanks for the suggestion. We will add this to our list of ideas to evaluate. Please do keep submitting other ideas to make Bing a great product!
Bing does a lot of cool things that not many people are aware of like having a guitar tuner or Bing predicting sport games. These cool and exciting features will help Bing get noticed but the problem is not many people know about these features because all these cools stuff are only promoted in the Explore section of Bing instead of being promoted on the homepage. I believe that Bing should dedicate a small box next to search bar to promote these cool little features. People using Bing would start to take notice at these features when they see this box in the corner of the homepage that talks about these features. A good example of how this can be implemented is with the Bing predictions of the NFL season. The box can say "Bing predicts...." and then show the Bing's prediction for all the games. Then at the bottom of the box it can say how accurate Bing's predictions were last week. In fact to expand on this idea Bing could also have live Box Score scores of the games it predicts and under each game show Cortana's prediction. Another example is the guitar tuning tool Bing has made. The box I proposed could simply say something along the lines of "Use Bing to tune your guitar!" and then if the person clicks on the box they are linked to a search that leads to the guitar tuning tool. Same thing can be done to promote the games Bing integrates into its searches like the game snake. This box would do wonders for Bing because it will help more people realize how cool Bing can be and this box would link to searches which means more searches done on Bing. Also there should be an option to hide this box just like there is a way to hide the news on Bing. This option should be there for people who want to admire the Bing background image. However hiding the box should not be a permanent setting. For instance if I hide the box then you guys should make it that the box is only hidden for a day and shows up again next day. I propose this because many people may hide this feature and forget about it and then this whole promotion of Bing's unique features becomes pointless. This box is basically the same idea as the "Earn and Explore" feature on Bing rewards. This box is just another way for people to "explore" Bing. This box would be better than all the other ways to explore Bing because any person who visits Bing for the first time will be able to see what makes Bing unique instantly. They don't have to join Bing Rewards or even click on the "Explore" button on top anymore. Thank you for reading my suggestion! Below is a picture of where I believe this proposed box should be on the homepage.

Thanks for the feedback. Can you attach a screenshot of this feature? That would be very helpful.

Thank you for the suggestion. Bing does offer Bing in the classroom, which is an ads free, safer search experience available for public and private K-12 schools in the United States. Please visit bing.com/classroom and encourage this with parents and teachers you know. We will also consider your idea to provide a more kid friendly Bing experience. Thank you.
Some users prefer simple homepage like google [ least distracting ], I like bing homepage.
The search results page can have themes that users can pick like duckduckgo but better..
Point is give options. User knows what he wants and each user has different taste.
Themes will differentiate you from google.
Note: Some don't like underline for links, so there can be a theme that doesn't underline but highlight link differently.. you get the point.32 votes

Thanks for the suggestion – Skype for Web is pretty cool. This is something we will consider for our next update of this area. So stay tuned and do continue to send us other great ideas :-)
Add a list view (without images) to search history.
Add a date range function to search history.
Provide alphabetical sort option in addition to date sort option.19 votes
Thanks for the great ideas. We are actually working on improving the Search History viewer and have already planned to include your first two ideas! We want to change the grid view to a list view so it’s easier for users to browse through their history and a date range will help users find past history they don’t remember the exact date for. The third idea is also an interesting one we’ll review and see if we can include in our improvements. We’ll keep you posted on our progress.
edge has a tendency to hang/freeze due to adobe flash, along with each time I change settings to have bing be my home page, once I closed edge it resets back. I so would of had so many more points if not for this issue that nobody seems to have a fix, that works18 votes
Currently, the Bing homepage looks sorta clunky. A while ago, I decided to redesign the homepage to fit some of the ideas seen in Windows 10. (Either released builds or mockups) I've attached a file of it below. In it, the Office Online menu has been redesigned to be like the ribbon, and the grey bars have transparency. If used, other menus could have ribbons like the Office Online one. For example, MSN could display a list of MSN apps, news could completely replace the bar with the arrow on the bottom, and images/videos could show popular searches.17 votes

use sound button to teach prop. pronunciation of featured items on bing page (like that tutenim..whatever the other day)
yeah! that's the whole point of the bing page, isn't it! sure it's entertainment, but MAKE LEARNING FUN! something new and stimulating every day, AND i can pronounce it without butchering it! like a couple of days ago when you had that tutenim... whatever sphinx ish thingy.... hit the sound button, and hear the pronunciation. not everything, necessarily, but when it is something most people can't pronounce.... what'd ya think?17 votes
In the last week or two the Homepage Hotspots were replaced with a Quiz. I looked and cannot find a setting to revert back to hotspots.
Can you add the instructions to your Bing help pages please.16 votes

I have issues with touch on drop down menus and other items. If I touch on the screen and let up, it goes away. More touch friendly.14 votes
For people coming from google or other search engines there should be a button in the corner called tutorial which will highlight some of the reasons people should switch to Bing and what great features there are and how to use them. This will really help people understand why they should use Bing.12 votes

Show Bing main page in vertical mode in Internet Explorer (when holding a tablet in vertical position)
The homepage for Bing with the beautifull wallpaper should be shown in vertical mode when you open the page with Internet Explorer using a Windows tablet in vertical position.9 votes
